Opening your account
Opening an account is done in three simple steps; All you need is an email address and a password and that's it, you have a profile created.

How to choose the right size
BJMM provides you with the necessary tools to minimize order errors. Consult the size chart when ordering; We also offer our clients a completely free advisory service with our stylists. We recommend that our customers have assistance in taking measurements before selecting a dress size.
All wedding dresses require alterations. Please schedule an appointment with a seamstress when ordering your dress. As a general rule, the majority of the time, alterations to the dress length are necessary.
Preparing for the wedding can involve several changes; if necessary, a pregnancy may occur, the stress linked to preparation for the big day can cause physical changes. We advise our future brides to take this into account when placing your order or in the time allocated for alterations.
confirmation of your order
You receive an email confirming that the transaction is approved. Within the next 24 hours the production team will receive the order and your dress will be in preparation.
Cancel an order
Dresses are final sale as they are produced to order; We personalize your order. Customers have 48 hours following your purchase to cancel your order. Please note that we make our dresses to order, on the choice of size, according to the applicable charter based on your measurements. Please contact us at email@example.com to cancel your order.

Preparation & shipping
The preparation time for your dress can vary between 15 and 45 days depending on the model chosen; A quality check is carried out once your dress is ready for shipment. Once the quality check is completed, your dress is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Customs fees may be applicable at the customer's expense.
Packing and unpacking
You receive your dress in carefully folded packaging in the smallest format for easy transport. We suggest you go to a professional to unfold it. DO NOT USE A KNIFE OR SCISSORS, you may damage your dress.
IMPORTANT: When you unpack your dress, some sparkles or pearls may fall out. This is completely normal and happens when dresses are transported to the customer. Our dresses are made with this in mind.
Shipping times are 7 to 25 days depending on the delivery location chosen; be sure to enter your delivery address correctly to avoid any unnecessary order delays or delays.
Reshipment: this case concerns packages not delivered for reasons related to an address error, refusal of couriers to drop off the package, package not picked up, refusal to pay customs in the case where this applies. Return shipping costs at the customer's expense.

Return and refund
Each dress is made for the customer. Therefore, there are no refunds. It is possible to return a dress for exchange only, for a dress at a price equivalent to or higher than the original price under the following conditions:
The buyer may exchange this item.
The buyer must return the item within 7 days of receipt.
The buyer must mention his wish to exchange the item by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. An email will be sent with the return address information.
Return postage is at the buyer's expense.
The buyer is responsible for any loss of value (as assessed with the seller) if an item is not returned in its original condition.
